7.5T Drivers - Barnsley
We are currently looking for C1 Licence (7.5 tonne) Home Delivery Drivers in the Barnsley area on

a long term or temp to perm basis.
This is a varied position including driving, installation of white goods (full training given by company) and shop deliveries.

Double manned work
Delivering and installing white goods
Up to 20 drops per day
Monday to Saturday shifts
0600 starts - approx. 8 to 10 hour days
Usually 4 or 5 days out of 6 per week
Covering Yorkshire and surrounding areas

Applicants must be of a dynamic nature and willing to go the extra mile as the position has the potential to lead to a permanent position.

MUST hold a C1 licence
MUST have Digital Tachograph Card
MUST have Driver CPC card.
Need good customer service skills
Need to be physically fit as some lifting is involved

Starting pay of £13.36 per hour, which increases to £14.39 per hour after 12 weeks worked.

Overtime paid at time and a half after 8.25 hours per day.

LGV C (Class 2) Drivers - Normanton

Our client is a leading name in parcel distribution based in Normanton and they are looking for Class 2 drivers

to join their rapidly expanding driving team to work on days or nights.

The job involves;

Bulk deliveries of parcels to sub depots.
There are usually 3 to 5 deliveries per shift.
You will be trained up and assigned a specific route (the same deliveries every shift)
Days start between 06.00 and 10.00.
Nights start at 23.00, finish between 06.00 and 08.00
You must be able to work on 5 days out of 7 rota, which includes weekends

The starting pay rate is £13.00 to £14.00 per hour

This is an ongoing temporary position with permanent contracts available for the weekend drivers if desired.

Immediate starts are available.
You will have

LGV C (Class 2 licence)
Digital Tacho Card
Driver CPC Card
Ideally 6 months of Class 2 experience

LGV C (Class 2) Drivers - Thorp Arch, Wetherby - Up to £950 per week

Our client is a leading kitchen manufacturer based at Thorp Arch near Wetherby,

and they are looking to recruit Class 2 drivers to their team.

The job involves;

Driving box vehicles
Delivering kitchens to new build sites nationwide
Usually 3 to 6 drops per day
Some manual handling, although fitters will meet you to offload on site
Occasional nights out are available if desired
New pass drivers would be considered for these roles

You will need to have a digi tacho card, CPC card, be able to do occasional nights out and have a good work ethic.

Start times are 6am, usually finishing between 4 and 6pm.

Pay is £13.27 per hour, with overtime at £19.91 after 8 hours per day.

Nights out are paid at £30 per night plus expenses.

Drivers typically work 55 to 60 hours per week, earning £800 to £950 per week.
